Choreograph Gainesville continues to take shape this month! View our 55+ living community’s progress in the latest drone footage featuring the following exciting construction updates:
The North Tower’s insulation, drywall and siding is in progress and all windows have been installed.
The South Tower’s construction is also well underway with wrapping, shingles, exterior sheathing and rough-in plumbing in progress.
Joining the North and the South Tower, the decking and the framing are in progress, which will eventually become part of the High Pointe Rooftop Lounge.
Next, roof construction will progress on the clubhouse and the South Tower’s rough-in plumbing work will continue while siding, insulation and drywall installation continues on the North Tower. Additionally, mechanical equipment installation, framing and hardware punch work will begin on the North Tower and mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in begins at the FitZone Shape Fitness Center.
