It was another exciting month of progress at the construction site of Choreograph Gainesville as our beautiful 55+ living community comes to life.
Both towers continue to take shape with west elevation soffit installation, texture added to units and framing on the third floor. The South Tower is progressing with electrical room and first-floor rough-in. Shingles are now completed on the clubhouse and lumber hardware installation is underway.
Next, the North Tower balcony doors and Wellness Center’s doors will be installed and the South Tower’s insulation, soffits and drywall will be completed.
