The countdown is on to our opening November 1, and we’re excited to share the many new updates that took place at our beautiful 55+ living community in September, including receiving certificates of occupancy for the FitZone Shape Fitness Center and Rhythm Lounge and Social Room. As our designer furniture, top-of-the-line fitness equipment and appliances were being installed inside our amenity spaces, the Reflections Pool was being filled to get ready for our residents’ first dip!
The HighPointe Rooftop Lounge is transforming into the outdoor entertainment space we’ve all been dreaming of, with all pavers now in place, ready for lounge furniture and fire bowls to be added soon. In the next few weeks, the Center Stage Welcome Center, with its tech bar and coffee lounge, Fresh Bites Marketplace and wine station will be ready to welcome residents and guests alike.
