Throughout August and into September, major progress has been made at Choreograph Gainesville inside and outside. The interiors of the North Tower now have insulation and drywall installed in the corridors, with drywall going up in the apartment units on the 3rd and 4th floor. The South Tower's construction progress focuses on finishing the exterior wrapping along with the window installation. Joining the North and South Towers, the Balcony floor trusses have been installed, along with framing the 3rd floor walls that connect them.
Next to the towers, the Rhythm Lounge Clubhouse's exterior wrap and roof shingles have been completed and the FitZone Shape Fitness Center is well on its way with the exterior wrap and shingles in progress.
