Stunning walking paths all through the community.

The Archer Braid Trail edges the north side of Celebration Pointe. Twelve paved miles, eight to ten feet wide, ADA grade. It connects west to Lake Kanapaha and Split Rock conservation areas, and east toward UF, UF Health Shands, and Haile Plantation.

On the Pointe side, the loop runs past the lake, the live oaks, and back to the Promenade. Bring a leash, bring a bike, or just bring a coffee and a slow morning.

Culture · Seasonal

A neighborhood with a calendar.

  • 2nd Sat. Jazz on the Green. 7 to 9 PM, free, on the Promenade. Bring a blanket. The bands change, the live oaks do not.
  • Thu. Weekly farmers market. Local produce and bakers, with live music as the backdrop.
  • Any Time Regal Celebration Pointe. Ten-screen cinema with RPX on the corner of the Promenade. Matinees, late shows, the early screenings the chain houses skip.
  • Season Art walks, holiday events, pop-ups. Seasonal markets, evening street events, the kind of book signings other developments do not bother with.

University of Florida

A short drive to the UF campus.

Celebration Pointe sits a quarter mile west of I-75 off Archer Road. UF and UF Health Shands Hospital sit a few miles east on the same road. For grandkids weekends, alumni events, doctor visits, or the Performing Arts Center, the route is one road.
